My recommendation.....do not order

I ordered this December 5 2009. It arrived damaged and without the threaded inserts that are required to put it together. Instead of just sending me the inserts so I could put them in myself they sent me two new side panels. What a waste!!! They just arrived and I am missing the inserts again!!!! Now I have four side panels plus the rest of the dresser that I must dispose of. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I am demanding a refund.More detail ...
